I wonder if anyone has seen a hardwood floor in combination with ceramic tile? Our living room & dining room are "one big room". The walk way between them is ceramic tile with carpeting on either side (in each room) We are thinking of taking the carpeting out due to my husbands allergies but wonder if hardwood would look right with the ceramic tile walkway. The ceramic tile is in our adjoining kitchen and bathroom and continues down the walkway to the bedroom and as mentioned earlier goes between the dining room and living room. Thanks anita
